The project developed as a J-V between Clendon Burns & Park Ltd Wellington (design), Hunters (1998) Ltd (manufacture of components) for the design, manufacture and erection of the various timber components for this large shopping complex in Oman.
Shipping requirements dictated that the maximum length of components could be 12m. Also they had to be designed to allow for some joints to be formed on site after all components had been manufactured in Nelson.
